Is your subscription plan a home warranty program?
No! We are much more than just a home warranty program; we cover everything from handyman services to custom construction with no limits or extra fees. You can purchase as many services as you want at a discounted rate and request services that we may not currently provide as well!
The key difference between a handyman services plan and a home warranty program lies in their scope and coverage. Our handyman services plan offers on-demand access to a skilled handyman or professional for various home maintenance and repair tasks. In contrast, a home warranty program is a service contract that covers the repair or replacement of major home systems and appliances, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, as well as kitchen and laundry appliances when they break down due to normal wear and tear.
How does the subscription plan work?
Our subscription plans are available on a monthly or annual basis, and you are entitled to significant discounts on every service that you purchase from us, depending on the plan you choose. Membership plans offer a seamless way to keep your home in top shape without straining your budget.

What is a Pro?
A Pro is a skilled individual who possesses a diverse set of abilities to tackle a wide range of home repair and maintenance tasks. They are proficient in various areas, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and general home improvement projects. Our Pros are knowledgeable, efficient, and reliable, providing homeowners with the expertise and tools needed to keep their homes in top condition.
Are the Pros your employees?
Our pros are independent skilled contractors. They are screened and background checked. We offer you only the best Pros available.
Does my pro need a license?
Depending on the service, the pro may need a license. A professional doing major electrical work, plumbing, roofing, siding/stucco, HVAC, and other trades needs a license. If your project involves painting, drywall repair, carpentry, flooring, bathroom and kitchen remodeling, and similar tasks, then a license is not required, as these are considered cosmetic jobs.
...I need additional services after my Pro arrives?
First, ask your professional if they have the time available to do your extra work right away. Secondly, go to the website and purchase the service you need while booking the time. Third, if the service you need is a special service, we can provide you with an estimate; please proceed to fill out the estimate form.
What if my Pro is late or doesn't arrive?
You need to contact us immediately! Go to your account page; from there, you can use the chat to address the situation. We can take care of it from that point.
What if I'm not satisfied with the Pro job or if the job isn't finished?
We are so sorry that this happened to you! No matter what the situation is, we are committed to your entire satisfaction. We will move forward and take care of you.
